Job Title: Nail Technician

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Rate of Pay: $49,691 per year (or higher depending on experience). This wage meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for this occupation in the area of intended employment as determined by the State Workforce Agency.

Job Description: Krasa Beauty Studio is seeking an experienced Nail Technician to provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including Russian and European manicure techniques, professional cuticle cleaning, hard gel application, color application, and nail extensions. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with state regulations, providing personalized client consultations, managing appointment schedules, advising on aftercare and product recommendations, and contributing to a positive salon environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 36 months of experience as a nail technician providing manicure and pedicure services, including Russian and European techniques, cuticle care, hard gel application, color application, nail extensions, client consultations, sanitation and hygiene compliance, and appointment management.
• 9 months of training in nail technology, including advanced manicure techniques, sanitation and safety standards, product usage, nail structure and health, and client service practices.
• Valid Texas Manicurist License (Nail Specialty).
• Russian language ability preferred.
