Cancellations:

We kindly ask our clients to respect our time and notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 100% of the booked service price.

Refunds:

All services provided at KRASA Beauty Studio are performed by licensed professionals and are non-refundable once completed.

Due to the nature of beauty services, including but not limited to hair extensions, coloring, and nail services, we cannot offer refunds for services that have already been rendered.

However, if there are any concerns regarding the quality of the service received, we encourage our clients to contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will gladly offer a correction free of charge if it is deemed appropriate.

Return Policy for Products:

All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on retail products unless they are defective.

Guarantee:

Hair extension services are guaranteed only when clients follow the recommended maintenance routine provided during their consultation.

Results may vary based on individual hair conditions and aftercare.
