SERVICE POLICY
Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask our clients to notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
For all services, a $25 fee will be charged for:
- No-shows
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
For hair extension services, a $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or last-minute cancellation.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute changes impact our team and other clients.
Refund Policy
All services provided at KRASA Beauty Studio are performed by licensed professionals and are non-refundable once completed.
Due to the nature of beauty services, including but not limited to hair extensions, coloring, nails, brows, and skincare treatments, we cannot offer refunds for services that have already been rendered.
If you have concerns regarding the quality of your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a correction free of charge if deemed appropriate.
Retail Products
All product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless a product is defective.
Service Guarantee
Hair extension services and other specialized treatments are guaranteed only when clients follow the recommended maintenance routine provided during their consultation.
Results may vary depending on individual conditions and aftercare.
